Do to overwhelming demand, and my own passion for the topic, this month I will be finally expanding the fitness site into a comprehensive, informative guide for those interested in fitness. I have been asked by numerous people what my workout consists of, what to do to loose weight, and in an effort to appease everyone without customizing set routines for each individual, I have no time for that, I thought an entire site dedicated to explaining what I do and how I achieved my goals would be beneficial not only to my friends that ask, but also for the general web going public.


Updates:

05/19/03- Judith Clevenger discovered a grammatical error on one of the fitness pages. Thanks for the advice and it has been corrected along with a minor graphical cosmetic update.

October 6th
-
Fixed html errors and updated the colors to the new standard set on the other pages.

June 16th- Added a new logo to the treadmill page. Also, I added a new, well it was written two weeks ago yet forgotten, on foods to avoid. Updated the fitness journal and updated the other pages with small cosmetic updates.

June 12th
- After receiving an email from my girl friend Ana, it was revealed that I had erroneously forgot to spell check and correct annoying faulty sentence structures. Thanks again, Ana! A partial revision has begun on the facts page, yet it is by no means complete.

June 11th- Converted the original page to the new html coding and graphics standard.

June 10th-
I am announcing this week as "fitness week" on my personal web site and everyday of this week will yield an update, revision, or graphic overhaul.
